With the theme "Building Student Solidarity to Unite Voices for the Creation of Leaders with Integrity", this year's Election activities have been completed. Starting with the holding of socialization on Sunday, May 22, 2022, until ending with the calculation of the election results on Monday, May 30, 2022. A series of election activities have been completed despite the accompanying few obstacles.
The election campaign was held with a few students attending. This is due to the lack of time to conceptualize activities so that the information conveyed to students is considered sudden. The procedures for selecting and preparing for implementation are discussed in this socialization.
A few days after the socialization, a debate was held between candidate pairs in the Hall of the Faculty of Business Economics. In this event, each candidate pair voiced the vision and mission that they would carry out during their term of office. The next day there was a quiet day, followed by voting.

Voting is carried out in full online through a link that can be accessed by fellow students throughout UMS. On Monday, May 30, 2022, from eight in the morning to two in the afternoon. A tactical team consisting of 11 Governors and DPM from each faculty (except law), was entrusted to organize and oversee the course of this election.
The whole series of activities ran smoothly until on the day of the election, many of the students did not vote or abstained. This of course affects the results of the voting.
The vote count which was carried out after the voting took place revealed the results of the election of candidate pair number 2 Firdaus-Sigit. Responding to student demands for transparency and openness of data regarding the elections, the organizers have tried to provide it.

As the coordinator of the organizers, the tactical team represented by Rian Pratama said, "We always try to be open about data from both the PRES and the WAPRES, for example later there are students or LPM friends who ask for data transparency clearly, that will also definitely be provide it. But of course, we don't show the data just like that or roughly."
With the counting of votes for this year's election, the series of election activities have been completed. This activity is expected to be able to revive existing democracy and bring back the euphoria of students who had dimmed. So that in the following years there will be figures from the candidate pairs who are competent, talented, and brave.
